Located in the charming Greek countryside of rolling rocky hills lined with ancient stone walls and dotted with olive trees and herbaceous shrubs, this stunning new villa fits perfectly into the serene environment with its azul pool, white walls, and use of stone and natural materials. With local architects designing the exterior of the home, owners Damien de Medeiros and Alexandra Leroux, designed the interior, furnishing with vintage furniture and warm textiles, to maintain a minimalist, yet comfortable aesthetic. The stunning home is ideal for both families and couples, having a large communal space with kitchen, dining room and living room and 3 bedrooms with en-suites separated from each other for maximum privacy. Take in the incredible views of the valley and surrounding islands from the rooftop patio, or lounge on the large terrace surrounding the pool - each aspect of the home was designed for maximum comfort and relaxation to reconnect with nature and each other.
ROOMS
With an attached guest house offering a separate bedroom and bathroom, the main building houses the kitchen, dining and living room as well as two bedrooms with their own ensuite. The house is furnished with mid-century pieces and flea market finds from Paris to Athens to create an eclectic style to the minimalist home.
Each bedroom features a luxury COCO-MAT four-layer mattress and pillows. The 3 rooms can be configured to your needs with 2 twin beds and a double topper to form a king size bed. A baby bed is also available.
HIGHLIGHTs
Natural and organic beauty products featuring Olive Oil as the main ingredient, from the Greek brand O. LIVE, are in all the bathrooms.
The roof top is an amazing space to rest and contemplate the view on the valley, the island of Antiparos, the sea and the mountain behind the house, and of course the stars at night!
The living room is equipped with a video projector with a great selection of DVD's, and music lovers will appreciate the hifi sound system.

WORTH CHECKING OUT
The house is part of the Kamari settlement, 15 minutes from the main port of Parikia. 5 minutes away is Farangas Bay and the elegant fishing village of Aliki, where you'll find the best bakery and butcher on the island, along with fine traditional taverns and beaches.
Paros is also great for windsurfing, kite-surfing, water skiing, tennis, scuba diving, and hiking.
